We got a late start this year with our spring seed sprouting. It was a cooler and wetter winter and early spring. We have started to transplant some of our beef steak tomatoes. All of our seeds are organic or heirloom seeds planted in OMRI labeled soil. We have corn, zucchini, cantaloupe, yellow squash, pinto beans, sunflowers, hidatsa shield beans, green beans, beets, white and red onions, an avocado, cucumber, sugar pumpkins, a rogue red leaf lettuce, and butternut squash. We will be busy transplanting the sprouts this weekend. The weather is ideal. Nothing beats home grown food.
