“There is a Food Forest in the Kitchen!”

Our winter garden continues to produce.  This was our morning harvest.  The kitchen was alive with garden goodies.  The smell was amazing!  We harvested lots of celery that is so fresh that our eyes water when cutting into it, red lettuce, romaine lettuce, cilantro, chives, peas, Swiss chard, kale, parsley, and later an amazing red beet.  As we harvest we are transitioning into our spring/summer garden.  Sprouts are on their way on our sprouting table and young plants are being transplanted where the winter produce was.4-16 017
