At a recent get-together we harvested fresh rhubarb and used store bought organic strawberries to make a strawberry rhubarb custard pie. It was absolutely delicious because the rhubarb was picked the same day as we made the pie. Our soil is healthy and alive as observed from our happy and healthy plant.
