1/4 cup vanilla grass fed yogurt

a splash of raw milk or more depending on thickness

6 frozen strawberries (We use organic from Costco frozen section)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries (We use organic from Costco frozen section)

1 Sambazon Acai smoothie pack (Found in the frozen section at Costco with the strawberries and blueberries)

1 whole banana

*When available, I will squeeze the juice of one-two naval oranges and put that in too.
