This simple dish is one of our favorites. We buy Amish lamb cubes and sautee them in avocado oil. We season the meat with rosemary and garlic salt. Then we add organic sweet onion, organic red and green bell pepper. We serve it over the basmati rice. This batch of rice was cooked in organic homemade chicken bone broth. Delicious!
