We have tried everything to eliminate rash guard odors.  We used less detergent, soaked it in salt water after training and before washing, and dried it in the sun.  The odor persisted.  We began putting a dab of tea tree oil in the arm pits before applying an aluminum free deodorant.  It worked!  Our rash guard odor problem has been solved.
